I am absolutely obsessed with Yoga Nidra and Reiki.
For me, I have had very deep meditative experiences that have enabled me to go deep within myself and unlock the magic and intuitive wisdom and guidance from within my soul. It’s a way for me to connect with my highest self and true desires to pursue and magnetise what I truly want in life. When I’ve been feeling confused or out-of-sorts and needed clarity and direction, I use these tools to receive the answers and guidance. It’s so empowering when you realise that you have it all inside of you, and it’s the greatest confidence boost that you’ll ever get.
I adore using Blue Lotus as a way to deepen the experience and to use as a catalyst. For me, when I use blue lotus, I get the answers to all of my questions and more! It is a magical flower that the Ancient Egyptians, typically royalty or of high status, used in rituals and ceremonies to deepen and widen their divine channel. It will not get you high, but it does have some mild psychoactive properties (totally legal!). It is great for lucid dreaming, feeling relaxed and at ease, reducing anxiety, promoting sleep quality, deepening intuitive wisdom and opening the third eye, increasing visionary potential, and even increasing sexual drive (of course, since your sexual energy and creative potential are as one!).
Truly, you are the magic and you already have the magic inside of you. These are just tools to help you unlock it all and bring it into your conscious awareness.
